I just noticed one of my formulas doesn't work.  Does anyone know how to fix it?

Formula is this > =IF(AND(COUNTIF(ANeedToFinalizeColumn,"<>Collect payment/update payment method")=0,COUNTIF(AmountDueToQCPColumn,"<>0")),"Warning","")

Where named ANeedToFinalizeColumns is equal to =TRANSACTIONS!$AD$7:$AH$138

Where named AmountDueToQCPColumn is equal to =TRANSACTIONS!$K$7:$K$138

Basically, if there is an amount in the 'Amount Due To QCP Column", there needs to "Collect payment/update payment method" in one of the five "A Need To Finalize Columns" so we don't forget to collect payment.

"Warning","")

Note that that is not an array formula.  FYI, your original formula did not need to be an array formula either.

The multiplication (*) has the same effect as AND.  If we used AND in a SUMPRODUCT expression, it would not have the intended effect.

However, note that that results in a single warning if
any rows in $AD$7:$AH$138 do not have the intended string when the corresponding $K$7:$K$138 has a number.

If that is what you want, fine.

I would think that you want a warning in each row that does not meet those conditions.  Do you want a formula that you can put in each row of a column somewhere?

If so, please specific exactly where.  Rows 7:138 on the TRANSACTIONS worksheet?  Rows 7:138 on a different worksheet?  Some 132 rows, but not 7:138, on the TRANSACTIONS worksheet or a different worksheet?
